Three simple requirements open the door to this profound relationship:
1. Believe it exists
You already have this higher aspect within you—your true self, the observer beyond the mind’s chatter. The quickest way to recognize it is to become the inner witness: quietly watch your thoughts as they arise. In that moment of observation, the question naturally emerges: Who is watching these thoughts? That silent, aware presence is your Higher Source, unchanging and ever-present.
2. Acknowledge it regularly
Speak to this inner presence as you would a trusted friend. Ask your questions openly, then pause in quiet receptivity. Answers often arrive as a gentle knowing, a feeling of peace, or that still, small voice—subtle, loving, and clear.
3. Follow its guidance
We’ve all experienced those quiet inner promptings—the nudge to act (or refrain) in a moment. This is the Higher Source speaking. As you grow familiar with its tone, trust deepens. Begin by honoring it in small things. When you miss or ignore a prompting, simply apologize inwardly as you would to a dear companion, then realign.
Each step builds unbreakable trust.
